INITIAL CONSULTATION : An initial consult involves indepth discussion of your current health concerns, health history, diet, exercise, stress, lifestyle, and anything else you think might be impacting your health. You are welcome to bring copies of bloodwork and other labs done by other practitioners, as well as a record of your diet and symptoms. Recommendations will be given, usually in the areas of herbal medicine, dietary changes, nutritional supplementation, exercise, and stress management. (The price of any recommended remedy is not included in the price of the visit).

FOLLOW-UP VISITS: Visits are scheduled from 2-6 weeks after the initial consultation, depending on your case and situation. Most patients will return 3-4 times in this first cycle of visits. We will continue to refine your recommendations during this period. Flower Essence Therapy will be offered, usually at the second or third visit.

PHONE CONSULTATIONS: Phone consultations are available in lieu of an in-person followup. This is especially helpful for patients who live at a distance from Stellaria. Please note, phone consultations are only for established patients; initial consultations must be face-to-face.

E-MAIL CONSULTATIONS: Patients pay a flat fee at the beginning of the month, and send questions as they arise throughout the month. This is especially helpful for patients who live at a distance from Stellaria and have a difficult time clearing a block of time for a phone cosult.
