Stellaria Natural Health is the innovative naturopathic medicine practice of Stephanie Draus, ND. We take our inspiration from the naturopathic tenet of “Treat the Whole Person”, and strive to foster a multi-faceted model of wellness that promotes creativity and joy as well as physical health.  To this end, we offer a continually evolving set of resources for the body, the mind, and the spirit.

Stellaria Natural Health was founded in 2005 by Stephanie Draus, a naturopathic practitioner and reflexologist.  A Chicago native, Dr. Draus returned from her studies in Oregon to found her business in the city she loved best.

Stellaria was originally located in Logan Square, and from 2005-2009 offered yoga, belly dance and other classes in addition to naturopathic consultations, Chinese medicine, bodywork and counseling. In 2009 Stellaria closed its studio to concentrate on one-on-one services. In 2010, we are bringing our focus back to where we started--naturopathic medicine.
