Stellaria Natural Health offers an innovative mix of naturopathic medicine with Western psychotherapy, reflexology, and classes in meditation and natural living. We are a truly holistic center that takes our inspiration from the Naturopathic tenet of “Treat the Whole Person”. We strive to foster a multi-faceted model of wellness that promotes creativity and joy as well as physical health. To this end, we offer a continually evolving set of resources for the body, the mind, and the spirit.
Our practitioners are highly trained professionals who pride themselves on their integrity, practicality, and warmth. Our teachers are hand-picked for their generous spirits and their unique approaches to their classes. Our offices are cozy, yet spacious. A sense of whole-hearted welcome pervades every room. Stellaria Natural Health was founded in 2005 by Stephanie Draus, a naturopathic practitioner and reflexologist. A Chicago native, Dr. Draus returned from her studies in Oregon to found her business in the city she loved best, and in her favorite neighborhood, Logan Square. Stellaria’s current location is just a few blocks from the apartment where Dr. Draus lived in 1996. |
